Selvi Attorney Partnership team members worked in both the restructuring transactions conducted within the scope of the financial restructuring legislation and other restructuring transactions that the banks conduct from time to time apart from such financial restructuring legislation.
Our team represented the creditors under some of these projects, whereas under the others, we engaged as the counsels of the borrower and/or the sponsors.
Our team members specialize in restructurings in accordance with large-scale and small-scale framework agreements prepared under the Banking Law and Regulation on Financial Restructuring of Debts Owed to Financial Sector. In addition, our members, who act as consultants to consortium formed by many creditor organizations and to represent the relevant creditor bank in single-bank transactions, have experience in both models.
