Selvi Attorney Partnership has advised a consortium of six creditor institutions, including T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş., Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş., Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O., Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş., Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. and Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş., in connection with the refinancing of the indebtedness of Hateks Hatay Tekstil İşletmeleri A.Ş.

The transaction covered existing facilities totaling approximately TRY 152 million and EUR 21 million, along with EUR 5.5 million additional limit.

The deal team was led by Neslihan Tuna Saraçgil Aksoy, with contributions of Emirhan Özdinçer.
